Reading a Book in Balcony

CHRISTINE'S BLOG

Welcome to my blog, a space for meditative reflections, bold insights, and practical strategies designed to help you break through limitations and step into a life that feels truly aligned...

Through years of coaching high-achieving women, I’ve seen firsthand how small shifts in perspective can lead to extraordinary transformations. Here, I’ll share the mindset shifts, tools, and real-world wisdom that make growth feel exciting, expansive, and—most importantly—your own. Whether you’re looking for clarity, confidence, balance, or a fresh perspective, you’ll find something here to challenge and inspire you. So, take what resonates, experiment with new ideas, and remember—you’re capable of more than you think.

Whether you have a Christian background or honor the pagan Winter Solstice, December is a month of acknowledging these special occasions. Energetically, this month is usually considered the apex of the year with activations and upgrades coming up on the full moon of the seventh, the 12-12 Gateway and of course the solstice on the 21st , and this IS turning out to be a powerful month. Some of this energy is connected to solar activity and is definitely measurable, and some of it like on the 6th, as I’m writing this is unmeasurable, but definitely discernible by empaths.

These influxes of energy help us move into higher timelines and release all that do not serve us. The full Moon in Gemini is in some ways an echo of the energy from the eclipse earlier this fall. It brings back the issues that showed up at that time, especially issues of conflict and communication, encouraging us to revisit anything that needs resolving.

Gemini has a strong emphasis on evaluation and looking at all sides of the story, but it’s important not to get stuck in overthinking things. The aspect of Gemini as well as having a focus on communication, reflects the dual aspect of the twins themselves, the utterly vulnerable, imperfect human and the perfect divine essence of ourselves. Reflecting the energy of the twins, December is also a celebration of all the ups and downs of the year, a time to reflect on all these blessings and lessons, to know how you’ve grown into an even fuller more empowered expression of your divine self.

In reflecting, it’s tempting to set a high threshold of perfection for yourself, but take this idealism and let go of the self-criticism and move into self-acceptance. We are all growing and processing and it’s up to us to give ourselves a huge dose of self-love as we move into a neutral space of openness in this portal of divine love that is opening in the vortex of the full moon on December 7th, the 12-12 gateway and the incredible crucible of change that is the Winter Solstice.

The astrology of this month is also ushering in the opportunity to release all grudges and frustrations from any personal relationships this year. An act of self-love, forgiving is transformational, but having clear boundaries is also wise. Sometimes life brings the beautiful synchronicity of beautiful connections, close friendships and other times we see our friends and family drifting off as they play out different pathways and lessons as their soul chooses. This can feel painful when it brings misunderstandings and unkind words are exchanged. Hopefully, others will forgive our missteps on our journey. Send them love, no judgment for we all have our moments, and let go. For on our side, ultimately, it is up to us to choose to observe and acknowledge these memories or ongoing situations and to release them into the White Flame of the Diamond Crystalline crucible of the Winter Solstice.

Take a few minutes and do this in meditation as you connect into the incoming energy and accelerate your pathway for 2023. Life brings many amazing surprises and by releasing anything that is lesser than our highest path, we are opening our hearts to the year of miracles!

Blessings to you for a transformative full moon, 12-12 gateway, Winter Solstice and Christmas!

As many of you probably recall, we are in the middle of an eclipse gateway. The total lunar eclipse will be on November 8 and it will be the last one until March 2025. (There will be partial and penumbral eclipses but no total lunar ones.) So, it’s not surprising that it feels dramatic, both on a global and personal level. Lunar eclipses trigger radical expansion of our need for freedom and harmony, and consequently, are significant choice points for leaving behind anything that keeps us feeling disharmonious.

The eclipse then, invites us to release all that does not serve us in becoming the Highest version of ourselves. Transformation comes from letting go of old and worn-out ways of being and boldly walking off the cliff into the new. New opportunities and new directions can feel ungrounded and a bit scary. But as we embrace our heart’s path, we are reminded that when we have the courage to walk off the cliff, we end up flying! What are you being drawn to let go of in a big way? Hint, it’s usually what feels heavy, or triggers us in some way.

Sometimes, it can feel selfish focusing on our own pathway when there are so many crazy disharmonious events going on in the world at large. But for every choice you make that brings you more in alignment with your Highest Self, you are supporting the energy of the collective to up level also. Higher Personal choices bring Higher Collective choices.

On a practical level, November is always an excellent time to reflect over the year and contemplate where you would like to go and 2023. Mars is in retrograde until later in January-March. In some ways this can bring a softer energy that makes it easier to go within. However, the fiery aspect of Mars that help to get things done is more difficult to access especially for the signs of Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius and Pisces. This is simply something to be aware of going forward and note and step back whether the Mars retrograde is urging you to get stuck in power struggles, self-doubt or other nonproductive detours.

After the hectic extroverted go-go energy of June, July has such an expansive feel as we move deeper into integrating the energies of Summer Solstice. This year’s solstice was one of the most powerful in years and the light body for many was given a huge upgrade. The upgrade feels like an even easier connection to the divine source, unconditional love, joy & lots of creative ideas! There can also be moments that have a dreamlike quality and elements of feeling weepy, the good kind of almost tearful feeling you have when you’re letting go of something you no longer need.

However, the physical body for many of us have been really challenged by this upgrade, more so than in a while. Rest is really important right now, both to let physical body integrate and to simply process and integrate this level of higher consciousness. Third eye, throat chakra and pineal clearings have been presenting, sometimes with purging mucus. Slow down. Let it all clear. Feel into the lightness & let it feel like the new normal!

The energy of Cancer is an invitation to go deep on your understanding of your own life purpose and how that is constantly changing. To go deep on what self-care means to you and to go deep in your understanding and experiencing of the spiritual dimensions of life. I was given this understanding very clearly when my logical Left brain last week was forced to slow down by being exhausted. My logical brain wanted to race ahead on different projects and was frustrated by being tired. And I have to admit in the middle of slowing down that I was shown so many beautiful nuances in a project that I have been working on. Moral of the story, sometimes slow movement brings a quality to our work and our lives that is not to be missed!

As July opens up in front of us, lean into the opportunity for contemplation and reflection in your self-care. Go deep, dream big, and you will feel rejuvenated and ready for the brilliant blazing Leo energy of August!

Namaste,

Christine
